Waiting:

All attempts at finding suitable research in terms of people waiting and loading times has come up blank, with the majority of sites referencing how to minimise waiting times or the mathematics of queueing (and once again how to minimise queues) as apposed to anything solid on how long people are actually willing to wait before they become tired or bored.
